April Fool's day quiz. 
The bird, of course, is a E. Starling. He was in this Bittern-like straight up stance for the entire 15 minutes of a hail storm, thus making his body less of a target, and a smooth surface to glance the hail off. As much as we dislike this illegal alien, we must respect his survival abilities.
